If you are looking for a flexible meeting space in a Central Bedfordshire location The Rufus Centre is the place to be. Our seven meeting rooms can accommodate anything from 2 to 200 delegates with a choice of layout styles and format to suit your individual needs.
Meeting rooms are available to book for a full day or half day as well as twilight sessions and short term hire.
All rooms feature free Wi-Fi, a wide range of equipment, and a dedicated meeting team to help maximise your time.
If you are looking to hold a Hybrid Meeting, The Davis Suite, which has capacity for up to 40 people, has video conferencing installed ready for your delegates to join you either in person or remotely. We also have portable video conferencing equipment that can be set up in any of our other meetings rooms to meet your Hybrid Meeting requirements.
Our in-house Catering Team offer a choice of refreshment options for half day or full day meetings. We also have onsite the Rendezvous Cafe & Bar
